We are available for FREE delivery across Shelby County, TN. 

We require 48 hours in advance for all delivery orders through the Feast and Graze team. If you need same day delivery, please order through our limited menu via DoorDash.

 Minimum order value for delivery is $15.00

DELIVERY TIMES:

Sunday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm

Delivery times are in 1-hour windows, with limited SHARP times available.

Example: 11 AM - 11 AM would imply you need it directly at 11AM SHARP.

We offer contactless deliveries so after the courier rings the bell, it will be left by the door to pick up immediately. Please choose a time that you will be home to accept your order. 

Pickup times are Wednesday - Saturday, 11am - 2pm. 

Upon arrival to the Brooks Art Museum, please give us your order number or full name on order. Guests do not need to pay admission to the museum to visit the café.

IS YOUR ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

Our courier will attempt to deliver at the Delivery Address provided. If they fail to get hold of yourself/recipient your box will be available for pickup at Brooks Art Museum, 1934 Poplar Ave. until closing hours. You will be notified of these attempts via the email address provided. 

By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the delivery zip code is within the zip codes we have provided. Also confirming you have selected the correct date.

CANCELLATIONS

Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total on this invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a 50% refund in the form of original payment or a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to hi@feastandgraze.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
