Can I order a grazing box for today?
The day has finally come! You can order day of for pickup only, 55 South Main. We will always have options in our grab and go as well. For deliveries we still need 48 hours in advance for bookings.
Can I place my grazing box in the refrigerator overnight?
Though we have many clients who do this with no complaints, it is always best to consume our grazing boxes day of to ensure and maintain optimal freshness. If you intend to do this, please let us know so we can wrap up your order accordingly!
Do you have any pickup locations for your boards/boxes?
Yes! We offer pickup for all orders at our down town location at 55 South Main, between Union & Monroe.
Do you deliver outside of Shelby County, TN?
We offer free delivery to Memphis and surrounding areas in Shelby County, TN only. There’s a $15 delivery fee for West Memphis, Olive Branch & Southaven areas.
How does delivery work?
The delivery window Tuesday-Saturday is from 11 AM - 5 PM. Our driver will contact you at the number you provide to let you know their ETA, and again when your order has been delivered. Please also let us know any delivery instructions!
Can I choose what comes on my board?
While we’re happy to do our best to accommodate any dietary needs, we ask that you trust we have sourced, tasted and tested the best of the best for you! Every board is seasonal and custom-made to order. We promise, you won’t regret it. If you would like any custom accommodations please email us, email@example.com for pricing.
Can I hire Feast & Graze to cater my Wedding/Corporate Event/Cocktail Hour?
Absolutely, and baby showers, bridal showers, wedding day bridal suites…you get the idea. Anytime you might want cheese and/or charcuterie, we can be there. Though we only offer delivery Tuesday – Saturday, we are absolutely open to special events of all kinds. Please email us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org
I have to cancel my order at the last minute, can I get a refund?
Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total on this invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a 50% refund in the form of original payment or a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to email@example.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
We can definitely accommodate, however, cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur even though we are super cautious. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the box at checkout.
Are you insured?
We are fully licensed and insured! We are inspected by the Shelby County Health Dept.
Does my order come on a wooden board?
Our Duo and Grazing boxes come on eco-friendly, disposable trays. Feasting Boards come on a reusable, wooden tray. If you would like to supply your own board let us know in advance, we love to step out of the box sometimes!
