Do you deliver outside of Shelby County, TN?
No, but we do offer FREE DELIVERY within all of Shelby County, TN. 

Can I order a grazing box or lunch for today?
The day has finally come! You can order same day pickup online! We still highly suggest pre-ordering within the 48 hour window. 

Can I place my grazing box in the refrigerator overnight?
Though we have many clients who do this with no complaints, it is always best to consume our grazing boxes day of to ensure and maintain optimal freshness. If you intend to do this, please let us know so we can wrap up your order accordingly! 

Does my order come on a wooden board?
Our Classic Duo Box comes on eco-friendly, disposable tray. Our Classic Grazing, Classic Feasting and Grazing Tables all come on a reusable, wooden trays. If you would like to supply your own board let us know in advance, we love to step out of the box sometimes! ALSO we will give a $5 giftcard for each board provided and returned!

Do you have any pickup locations for your boards/boxes?
Yes! We offer pickup for all orders at the Brooks Memphis Museum of Art, 1934 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38104. Pickups are available Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What are your hours?
We have Cheese & Charcuterie, Sandwiches, Salads and Small Plates available Wednesday - Sunday at the Brooks Memphis Museum of Art. Guests do not need to pay admission to the museum to visit the café. Please visit LOCATIONS to see hours.

How does delivery work?
Deliveries are DAILY, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We will contact you at the number you provide to let you know the ETA, and again when your order has been delivered. Please also let us know any delivery instructions!
 

Can I choose what comes on my board?

While we’re happy to do our best to accommodate any dietary needs, we ask that you trust we have sourced, tasted and tested the best of the best for you! Every board is seasonal and custom-made to order. We promise, you won’t regret it. Customizations start at $30.  Another great option would be to BUILD YOUR OWN CHARCUTERIE BOX.

Can I hire Feast & Graze to cater my Wedding/Corporate Event/Cocktail Hour?

Absolutely, and baby showers, bridal showers, wedding day bridal suites…you get the idea. Anytime you might want cheese and/or charcuterie, we can be there. We offer daily FREE delivery and we are absolutely open to special events of all kinds. Please visit Group Sales & Catering! 

I want to buy a gift card. Whose email should I include at checkout? 
Add the receipents email if you want them to immediately see the gift card. If it’s a surprise for later add your information and forward to them later. 

I have to cancel my order at the last minute, can I get a refund?
Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total on this invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a 50% refund in the form of original payment or a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to hi@feastandgraze.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued. 

I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
We can try our best to accommodate, however, we cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur even though we are super cautious. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the box at checkout. 

Are you insured?
We are fully licensed and insured! We are inspected by the Shelby County Health Dept.
