Can I order a grazing box for today?
Currently, you cannot place same-day orders on our website, but we will always try to accomodate if we are able! We require 48 hours in advance for all bookings.
Can I place my grazing box in the refrigerator overnight?
Though we have many clients who do this with no complaints, it is always best to consume our grazing boxes day of to ensure and maintain optimal freshness. If you intend to do this, please let us know so we can wrap up your order accordingly!
Do you have any pickup locations for your boards/boxes?
Yes! We offer curbside pickup for all orders at our production kitchen at 1370 Madison Ave., 38104.
Do you deliver outside of Shelby County, TN?
We deliver to Memphis and surrounding areas in Shelby County, TN only. If you have questions about your delivery location, please feel free to send us an email.
How does delivery work?
The delivery window Tuesday-Saturday is from 11 AM - 5 PM. Our driver will contact you at the number you provide to let you know their ETA, and again when your order has been delivered. Please also let us know any delivery instructions!
Can I choose what comes on my board?
While we’re happy to do our best to accommodate any dietary needs, we ask that you trust we have sourced, tasted and tested the best of the best for you! Every board is seasonal and custom-made to order. We promise, you won’t regret it.
Can I hire Feast & Graze to cater my Wedding/Corporate Event/Cocktail Hour?
Absolutely, and baby showers, bridal showers, wedding day bridal suites…you get the idea. Anytime you might want cheese and/or charcuterie, we can be there. Though we only offer delivery Tuesday – Saturday, we are absolutely open to special events of all kinds. Please email us for more information at email@example.com
I have to cancel my order at the last minute, can I get a refund?
Please know, that when you book your order 50% is non-refundable. We totally understand that things come up, and life happens. However, because our planning process for each order begins 7-10 days out, unfortunately, we cannot give full refunds, as perishable food/product by this point has already been purchased. If you are canceling more than 7 days from your delivery date, we will gladly offer a 50% refund in the form of your original payment, or we can issue you a full credit to use at another time. If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
I have an allergy, can you accommodate that?
We can definitely accommodate, however, cannot promise that cross-contamination will not occur even though we are super cautious. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in the box at checkout.

We are fully licensed and insured!
Does my order come on a wooden board?
Our Duo and Grazing boxes come on eco-friendly, disposable trays. Feasting Boards come on a reusable, wooden board.
